TROJAN HORSE REMOVAL?

Never found Norton very useful ..seems to find everything (may
not be a real virus???) does not or cannot delete even after it says it has, with little effective help on next step.
Just my opinion.

Try the better freeware (Microsoft Antispyware, AD-AWARE 1.06, Spy-bot 1.4 before commiting to buyware such as Webroot Spysweeper.. FREE TRIAL MAY BE AVAILABLE
ALL easily found via GOOGLE

this could be a problem that may need a computer whizz to sort out as some trojans are absolute devils to get rid of.
the only real remedy is not to get them in the first place - never ever open an email and especially an attachment that has been sent from somebody you dont know and even if it HAS been sent from somebody you know ALWAYS scan any attachments for viruses using your firewall anti-virus zapper.

Try using an anti-virus software like nortons or panda or mcafee also make sure your anti-virus is updated regular
