My Vantage 35 lawnmower will not start?

hi ... 1st .. Fill it 2 the top with petrol , try pulling over ... if not ... press primer 3 times , and try pulling over continuously ... if it sounds like it is about 2 go but does not ... thats good . When i say try pulling over ... i dont mean pull it a couple of times , and then give up ! pull it till u r knackerd . It may be blocked with crap in the carb . also check 2 see if the carb is loose ..ie grab it and wiggle it ( not ur ass :D ) if so then tighten .. in fact , do that first !!! thentry everything else ... check ur oil 2 ,it has a dipstick same as a car , if it is low top it up . i hope this helps , if not ..
