Mend Yard Machines 38" Belt Replace

loose belt?

I have a 38" yard machines with the 13.5 hp motor. I had to replace the crankshaft and connecting rod in the motor. I re-installed it using the same mounting holes. Now my transmission drive belt is way too loose and I can't figure it out. Help?
