Mend ADT TC1555 Battery Trouble Changed

resetting low battery warning?

I have ADT TC1555 system. The trouble light says low battery. I have changed all of the batteries, and it is still showing the same trouble. The trouble light chirps contantly, and I have had to power-down the system. Any insight on this?
