Why my 1985 K100 RS will not start?I?

My 1985 K100 RS had a bad fuel pump. I changed it, and the fuel filter also. Filled up the tank with gas it ran for 20 mins. Then it cut off, I haven't been able to started ever since. I have checked the spark plugs, the wires, battery. All of these are in good working order. What could be the trouble? I'm thinking maybe the starter. Please help.

Why suddenly think it's the starter,if it's turning over thats o.k.It sound like a fuel problem,sticky float or blocked jets.Forget the starter idea it wasn't a problem before why should it be now,two seperate issues.
