vauxhall zafira central locking not working?

On a 51 Reg. Vauxhall Zafire the central locking has not
worked on the drivers side rear door for the past few weeks. Problem now is the door will not open as the lock seems to be jammed
and will not open manually. Anyone got any ideas on how to get the door to open. Thanks.

This happened on our last one and it was the servo had blown in the door. The new zafira had the same fault which was repaired by the car dealer.

Mine's gone twice
Fuse blown, don't know why
I replaced fuse, been ok for the last couple of years, touch wood
