Mend Garmin C510 Work Turn Unit

My Garmin C510 wont work help please?

When I turn the unit on it displays the following message:

No detailed maps found that support routing. The Streetpilot cannot be used without them.

Ive tried to reset it but its still the same. It will not let me access anything either.

It was workimg fine last time it was used.
