Philliphs /"347HE10839" TV problem?

Folks
I have a 60 inch phillips TV. All of a sudden no picture and sound. I poened the back checked a fuse. It is OK. Then there was another fuse. Tried to take it. Hmm felt a shock ( The TV was unplugged ) and a spark.
When I turn it on it starts (red light comes on ) then after a few seconds it goes off again starts and goes off. But no picture. Only a click sound and again another click sound.
