We changed the fuel filter and spark plugs on our waverunner?

We changed the fuel filter and spark plugs on our waverunner. It cranked fine in the yard but when we took it to the river, it cranked fine, then stalled out. We charged the battery and it turns over but does not start. Could you please tell me what could be the problem?

Drain your carbs and try some fresh fuel from a different container...good luck, unless of course yoiu already have a water seperator. Racheal
