peugeot speedfight 2008?

i was riding my bike other day all work fine then , wet to start it today and its dead, just turning over no atemt to start? iv chect spark plug/ and its sparking. it is wet ,no shore if it is saposta be? itook air filter of and put my and over iar intake on carb. that seem tube getting petrol too it , lights all work ok. im stook dont no wat els to do ??? eny one eny ideers ,, thanks
