1999 yamaha 1200 suv waverunner?

my waverunner will not go over 30 and boggs down and stalls. i ran out the old gas but it still will not go over 5000 rpm's. Does anyone have a solution?

Get seaweed out of it. Just drive it under 10 - 15 for 5 mins and it will come out as you slowly ramp it up. Promise you. It happens all the time.
