Mend Craftsman 944.368300 Engine Carburetor Tecumseh

Sears 6.75 hp lawmower starts then dies?

This is a Craftsman model 944.368300 with a Tecumseh engine (Sears #143.986708). This mower has worked perfectly for years, but recently just stopped working as it should. It starts but dies within seconds. I've replaced the gas, carburetor, spark plug, air filter, primer bulb and all the hoses and still the problem persists. What's odd is that it ran fine one week, but when it was time to cut the grass again, no dice.

Does anyone have any idea what the devil is wrong with this thing? I'm stumped!

Quick update for information purposes: When I get it started and keep pressing the primer bulb, it stays running so it's a problem with not getting enough gas. The confusing thing is, I've replaced everything I can think of.
