Mend Peugeot Speedfight Petrol Filter Carb

why wont my speedfight run?

Hi I have a speedfight 49cc there does'nt seem to be petrol running through the line . I have had the petrol tap off to see if the filter was blocked but it was clean . so then I had the carb off gave it a clean out and checked the jets they where fine . It has a spark , so could this be the sender or the emobilizer maybe .

if it is sparking the CDI will be ok. Is it a nice blue spark or a yellow one?
Replace plug but before you put back in Pop a tee spoon of petrol down the bore hole, pop plug back in and try to start it? does it fire?
