Electrolux 2100 Power Nozzle won't run?

it's the control valve, it's attached to the dial on top of the machine. if your handy you can replace it yourself. see how to open the machine elsewhere among these questions. otherwise take it to an aerus/electrolux shop. don't let them sell you a new vacuum. the newer models aren't as well designed.

Rob, when you add the power nozzle which light on the top the machine comes on...?

There are four lights.

1 shows that the power is connected---little green plug

2 an indicator that shows a full bag---looks like a box with cross hatch marks

3 an indicator that shows no bag installed---looks like a ?

4 an indicator that shows overheat---looks like a thermometer


Send me note telling me which light comes on....most likely the full bag light...

I will help diagnose the issue...
