Mend Abaxi 105e Boiler Hot

how can i fix my combi boiler?

I have abaxi 105e combi boiler which intermitantly will not give me any hot water unless the boiler is switched on, i'e opening the tap should automatically fire the boiler but this isn't working, both diaphrams have been changed and it has been recently serviced all to no avail
