when it comes to changing an heat primary exchanger they will tell you all sorts of lies[british gas ]will tell you if you change the heat exchanger after a while you will get the pump go then some thing else go when you have your leg off do you throw the rest of your body away no you dont they just want to sell you new boilers

to cowboy plumbers out there i have succeded where you failed i replaced the the sencer on the hot water side and the thirmistorto to no avail if any one comes across this fault in the near future if the central heating is working ok i took off the primary heat exchanger guess what bingo it was all clogged up dont listen to cowboy dick heads who think they are bumbers one more thing is that the heat exchanger came with out two rubber inserts you must have these in situe other wise the water will gush out baxi dont tell you this you know why because they cost £7.50 they should come with the heat exchanger they charge anough for it for it and if you get stuck taking it off i will tell you
