Worcester 30 Cadillac combi boiler won’t fire up and the EA?

my worcester 30 cdi combi combi boiler wont fire up and ''ea'' keeps flashing?

my worcester 30 cdi combi boiler wont ignite and 'EA' keeps flashing along with the big orange button. The water is above the 1 which i think is fine so why not working????
