Mend Baxi 105e Boiler Pcb Board Heating

hot water problem?

baxi 105e instant. Boiler works fine by turning hot tap in the bath on. If you use Basin, kitchen hot taps the boiler will not fire up. The hot water symbol does not iluminate. Put in a new pcb board. Still the same, thinking about micro switch, manual saying pcb board. The micro switch should be continual on board when testing but no buzz.

Is the dhw diaphragm ok? Sometimes the split but still operate very slowly which maybe why it will run with the bath tap and not others
