How do i stop the time from flashing on the Siemens RDJ100RF?

Page 1 of the manual. Look at item 4 in the middle row of the table at the right hand side of the page.

Set clock
1. Move the programming selector to position (clock icon)
2. The current time setting flashes.
3. Turn the setting knob counterclockwise -to decrease the time, or clockwise + to increase the time.
4. When the correct time is displayed move the programming selector to any other position to confirm your setting.
