Jaguar are part of the Glow Worm group . For litrature phone 0800 087961 or go to www.glow-worm.co.uk . Or do yourself a favour , pull it off the wall , take it to the scrap merchant & put the £40 you get for it towards an Alpha boiler . Remember , you get what you pay for .

I'm also looking for the start-up instructions for the Jaguar.

Had a problem where the boiler kept on packing in. It was found that it had a surge fuse in the circuit that failed every now and then. Manufacturers said this was under rated and replaced it with a much higher rated fuse, since when the unit has worked- for the past three years.

Being a plumber who has just spent 6 hurs today trying to find out what the hell was going on with a jaguar combination boiler as it will not heat the rads but will deliver hot water, i thinkthat i can help you but not with the location of a manual.

After a painstaking process it was found that the water as circulating round the plate heat exchanger instead of the central heating system. This problem points towards the diverter valve, which if you speak to jaguar will be referred to as the pump block for some strange reason.

Sorry do not have the part number.

Hi there I have a jaguar 28 boiler that I have a manual that covers for 23kw and 28kw from Heatcall 01773 828100. They answer as 'Group Service'. We have taken out boiler breakdown insurance cover through Glow-worm homeserve, who are the main people that specialise in this particular type of boiler and everything is covered in it parts,labour,call out. fantastic value! fantastic service and their number is 0800 073 2142.
