f1 fault on 23 kw jaguar boiler?

boiler fires up on heating and hot water then goes into f1 fault change flame probe and pcb board replaced,fan running pressure switch ok ,water pressure ok temp sensor ok water valves opening check all wiring and connection anyone any ideas
