''boiler keeps cutting out because it keeps losing pressure''
''boiler loses pressure within 30 minutes''
you must have a MAJOR leak SOMEWHERE
on a combi boiler system there are only 4 places where a leak can occur
1. the boiler [either internally or externally]
2. the radiators
3. the visible heating pipework including the safety blowoff pipe
4. the UNSEEN heating pipework [which is normally hidden from view because it runs UNDER THE FLOORBOARDS or IN THE CEILING or INSIDE THE WALLS or BURIED IN CONCRETE]
fixing a leak is easy
FINDING a leak is a nightmare
you should be capable of checking the following
1. external leaks on boiler
2. leaks of radiators
3. leaks on visible heating pipework including safety blowoff pipe
you would need a professional to check
1. internal leaks in boiler
2. leaks on unseen heating pipework
as you have had two engineers out already
and they have replaced parts on the boiler
and it has made no difference to the boiler continuously losing pressure
I get the impression the ''leak'' is somewhere on the system not the boiler
