Mend Jaguar 23 Combi Boiler Fault No Fire

combie boiler wont fire up?

i have a jaguar 23 combie boiler,there is no fault codes displayed,the pump runs ,the fan runs but keeps running off and on ,if you take the rubber tube off the air pressure switch the fan will run continuos,i have changed the air pressure switch but still the same, the fan still runs on and off and the boiler wont fire up,does anyone have any idea?

1 Check the bar pressure it should be above .8 or it wont fire up-- refill the pressure vessel.
2 Have you tried the reset button on the inner top left inside pipework a small red switch push in type just follow the wires to locate.
