How can i fix my Dyson Contrarotator washing machine?

The last time it worked, during spin cycle a message displayed 'Uneven load' and then went to 'Fault F11'. When i opened machine a sock had jammed down the side of the drum, which i removed. Tried switching off/on with temp button then soil button. This went to diag. mode with a number, turned off and back on, it seemed okay. Started to go through cycle, but when it came to main wash it stopped due to fault F11. Please can somebody help me?
