how to fix my epson cx3200?

epson cx 3200 shows printer error
i have downloaded the ssc service utility but it doent help
any advice

make sure you are using genuine epsom cartridges or they have been chipped as I had this error on this printer using compatibles. A chipping device was available from Asda.
