Apparently, if you have an Epsom printer you will find that after a period of time it stops functioning and requests a service. (or as mine also said has a communication problem). It
seems Epsom have added this to the program! There is a free software program available (not sure where from), or alternatively can be got for a small fee (under £1) from someone on *Bay ! that will supposedly sort this problem, without the need for a costly service.
