Mend Electrolux EDB710X Model Working

How can I fix my Electrolux EDB710X?

The bottom main oven on my model has stopped working. Th light comes on and the fan starts but it does not heat up, the top oven and grill is fine. I've heard it may be the elements or the thermo, anyone got any idea's and also how much it should cost to get repair? Cheers
