Mend Diplomat Select 610 Fan Light Working Clock

How can I repair a Select 610 by Diplomat?

The fan, light and oven are not working on my Select 610, however the timer and clock continue to do so. Hence electricity seems to get to the oven but not to operate evrything. Any suggestions where the problem could be? If the heating element has gone, surely that should not affect everything else?
