How do I fix my brakes on a 92 Craftsman 38" 12.5 HP Riding mower?

Help and hints for brake repair / 1992 Craftsman 38" 12.5 HP.
Also belt replacement for cutting blades.

There should be a belt diagram under right foot rest for replacing belt for blades
The brake is a disc type brake pad on the rear axle
It can be ajusted by taking the cotter pin out and tighten the nut and replacing the pin .......
