Mend Hoover 1100 Softwave Filter Water Cleaning

is there a filter that i can take out of the hoover 1100 soft wave?

my hoover 1100 softwave washer/dryer will not empty water. is there a filter on this model that i can take out and clean before i have to think about calling a plumber out? and if so, where is it? thanks
