How do I fix my Medion MD95766?

How do I re-install sound device on Medion laptop MD95766? I turned on the laptop and there was no sound I have tried to re-install sound device with no prevail. Please help

When you boot the machine, press F3 to get repair/restore functions. Item 1 or 2 allows restoration of drivers/system files. Make sure you select the correct option.
Your sound driver should be re-installed
