How do you mean?
You add Inhibitor to the system, but only when it's been drained and is about to be refilled...
Otherwise if you have a ball-valve, that will auto-refill the system - Some systems don't have this luxury and will require manually filling by just dumping a few buckets of water into the c/heating header tank.
