thanks very much, there is one little black lever and one twisty black screw type thing on the other end of the pipe, cant move that, i ll call for help!

Look and see if you have got 2 black leavers if so you will have to open both, also possabile that you have a faulty filling loop, if this is the case it will have to be replaced.
