vokera compact 25 he with low pressure - how to raise it?
we have the above mentioned boiler which is about two yrs old. Over the last couple of weeks the pressure has dropped from 1.5 bar to below zero, meaning the water heats for a few seconds then goes cold again. Ive been told i need to fill the system with water again as this is likely the reason for no pressure. Does this sound right, is there a way to refill it? The black square shaped valve on the front right is currently open fully if it helps?

timmy two backs did u resolve your issue with lack of hot water flow , as it looks like ours is doing the same !!!!!!!!

i have a vokera syntesi 25e iam constantly topping my pressure up every other month my question is that i have little hot water comeing out of the tap sometimes it is just a trickel we can only use one tap at a time cant run cold tap at the same time as hot tap it stops running until the cold tap is turn off wat could cause the hot water to run so slow

you should have been supplied with a filling loop (braided 15mm hose with a quarter turn valve and a check valve. it is normally left fitted. it will be connected from the mains cold (somewhere downstream of the black knob) and teed into one of the 22 or 28mm pipes running up into the boiler.
turn this on until you get 1.5bar then you will need to check for leaks, bleed the system while topping up the pressure, fire it up, bleed again and keep looking for the leak. it is a sealed system so either the overpressure valve the goes outside is leaking or you are leaking somewhere less obvious. when u find it and fix it, add a bottle of inhibitor to protect the system
