ferroli optimax 25c. empty boiler?

re.ferroli 25c. no hot water. no.heating. gauge shows zero. have to refill every morning. fault code f37. cant find leak anywhere. can it be boiler itselr and evaporating. system about 4 yrs old. be grateful for reply a.s.a.p

since heating put on yday noticed water from pipe leaking outside. is valve located inside unit or accessible elsewhere. nb. many thanks solar for your info.

John check the blow off pipe which comes off the boiler and goes to the outside it might be the pressur relief valve is passing slightly. To you it might look like some sort of overflow pipe, it might be worth putting a small vessel under the pipe to find if the water is leaking into it.
