Mend Worcester Bosch 240 Heating Pump

How do you refill a Worcester Bosch 240 heating system?

The refill water loop is switched on, the pump is working but no water is going into the system. Why?

go to hot press and see is there a silver hose with a lever on one end, just open it up and have someone keep an eye on the pressure gauge and stop it around the 1, 1.5 mark. no more than that
