Mend Electrolux Oxygen Canister Vacuum Power

How can I repair an Electrolux Oxygen model po?

On Electrolux "Oxygen" model canister vacuum, there is a motorized power nozzle. The front end of the bottom opens easily for replacement of the roller. The back end of the bottom when opened, will allow me to change the replaceable elbow, which is currently broken. How do I change that elbow?
