Mend Texecom Veritas 8c Security System Alarm Power

Texecom veritas 8c?

just replaced veritas 8c but unset and power light keep flashing, alarm won,t set but when panel taken off sets the alarm off. Checked batteries and plenty of charge, fuses and mains are correct.

can anyone help, read so much brain froze now.
