how do i disconnect my security system?

I have a DSC security control products alarm system installed by Ranger America. Its in a 6 year old custom home and the people we purchase the house from said they did not remember the security code.The company who installed it wanted $180 to send a tecnition out and a 2 year contract.
This thing beeps all the time.I have disconnected all smoke detectors,control panels,the big medel box in the closet and it still beeps in one one spot in the ceiling.My ceiling has that blown installion so i can not tract the wiring to the beeping sound. Is there a way to disconnect the wiring out side my home.Some one mention its hook up io my telephone system.Please help meTURN THIS BLEEPING THING OFF. Thanks Bernie
PS I also turned the power off to the smoke detectors at the Breaker Panel

Ok Bernie, Im over in the UK, i cant possibly explain this on here, simply because of the type of people who might find the answer too interesting, drop me a message back.
I feel really sorry for people all over the world, who are constantly being ripped off by companies charging the earth, to do a job that isnt difficult.
