Mend GBC Pinnacle27 Change Power Button

How do you change the fuses in the GBC Pinnacle27?

How do you change the 2 fuses in the GBC Pinnacle27. I know where the one is for the power button but cannot locate the 2 thermal fuses. They say the are on the right side end of laminator but I just don't see them. Thanks.
