Mend Packard Bell E2315 Laptop Easynote

How can i fix my laptop Easynote E2315 Packard Bell?

My laptop Easynote E2315 cannot reboot whenever i switch it on it gives a beeping tone which last for 4 seconds while hard disk led flickers at the same time the screen remain blank then the processsor fan slows down to halt.please advice me on this matter.Thanks in advance.

Sounds like the batts flat lol but try this unplug it take the batt out press and hold the power button for 30 seconds then put the batt back in and start it up again
