Mend Generator Water Problem

My Steam Generator not Steaming properly?

My steam Generator is not steaming properly. When I push either of the buttons the steam comes out and so does a load of water.
Have done the descaling but still it is not steaming properly.
Has anyone else had this problem and how do I fix it?
