Mend Hinari HIN172 Steam Iron Press Button

My Hinari HIN172 steam generator won't produce steam anymore?

I can use it as an ordinary iron but when I press the steam button it makes a noise from the generator but no steam comes out. I have tried cleaning but it's not good.
