swan s12010 auto off flashing light no heat or steam?

hi wondering if you can offer some help and advice,

i have a swan steam station s12010, and there is an auto off green light flashing all the time as soon as i switch on the unit, i therefore have no heat to the iron and nothing works.

i have held in the button for choosing the steam till it bleeps, and the auto off light turns red and stays red till you press the button again, which then flashes green and we are back to square 1, any advice i would be greatful of, please can you contact me asap ta . Andy.
