I have no steam when I press the button Tefal pro express ?

Hello,please help when I press the button on the iron no steam comes out & there is no steam at all I don't no what to do.Most of the time the red light comes on that is restart

there is a certain valve that gets bunged up with scale and no steam is the symptom - i hear on other sites that descaling the iron with a 50/50 mix water vinegar does the trick.
