Mend Leyland DAF GFL13 Staying Not Flashing

indicators staying on not flashing ?

I have a Leyland daf horsebox 1999 plate, the indicators are staying on and not flashing I have been told its a relay I have been given the relay GFL13 but I m unsure where to find the relays inside the cab.
