Mend Leyland DAF 1996 Clutch Replaced Plate

why is there no clutch pedal?

ive a leyland daf 1996 and ive no clutch pedal and ive just replaced the clutch,pressure plate and trust bearing but still no pedal,as it goes straight to the floor and cant get no gear at all it is air and fluid any help would be great thanks

have you bled it? check clutch pipe around n/s/f chassis rail/cab hinge for leaking caused by chaffing
