Mend Necchi Sophia 300 Feed Dogs Lower

My feed dogs jammed?

The feed dogs on my Necchi Sophia 300 are stuck on the lower position, and the drop feed lever doesn't work. Please help me. This machine is brand new, and I'm really disappointed.
