Mend Scantronic 9827 Code Enter Engineer

Detector fault code ?

Have removed s sensor that is not now required . Can not enter engineer mode , default code does not work . How can I clear fault code?.
I have a user code,can I reset with this ?
Keypad is scantronic 9827

try it but i doubt it you will need the new engineering code that the installer put into the system i cant tell you here on how to default it back to factory settings for obvious reasons
