I have a Scantronic 9800 alarm and am getting a T6 error code and service and fault lights are both on. I tried entering the Service engineer code which is "0 enter 7890 and then 99 and get an internal bell noise.
How do I switch the service light and fault light?

How about getting pen & paper, marked 1,2,3,4,5 & 6.
Put the system into WALK TEST & work it out from there

checked my manual and have found the page with the zones, but it is blank as the engineer that fitted it didn't fill in the zones.
Is there anyway you find out by putting codes into the alarm keypad to find out where the zones are?

do you not have your user manual?it should have the zones near back page,have you removed any covers of any pirs?or had any work done to house?

I not sure how my zones have been set up. I have 3 PIR sensor downstair, 1 in the dining room, living room and kitchen and 1 up stairs. I also have 3 sensor on the front and rear dear door and patio door.
